These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for booking and participating in our mobile spa services. By booking an appointment, event, or party with us, you agree to the following terms.

 1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your booking.

  • Bookings are not secured until your deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit/debit, or cash (as applicable).

 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please review our full Cancellation Policy for details. In short:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Events canceled with more than 14 days’ notice may be rescheduled once within 3 months.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the total fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

 3. Travel & Setup

  • As a mobile service, we travel to your chosen location within our service area.

  • Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

  • The client must provide a clean, safe space with access to electricity, water (if needed), and enough room for the services booked.

  • Setup typically requires 15 minutes.

 4. Children’s Safety

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during children’s parties or services.

  • We use child-safe, non-toxic, and age-appropriate products.

  • Our services are for entertainment and relaxation purposes only and are not all professional esthetic or therapeutic treatments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any child who appears unwell or uncomfortable.

 5. Health & Allergies

  • Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health concerns before your event.

  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions if we are not made aware of such information in advance.

  • All guests participate at their own risk.

 6. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We aim to create a fun and respectful environment.

  • Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior from children or adults may result in service refusal or early termination without refund.

 7. Photos & Media

  • Photos may be taken during your event only with consent from the parent or adult client.

  • With permission, we may share photos on our social media or website to showcase our work.

  • You may withdraw consent for photo use at any time by contacting us.

 8. Products & Liability

  • All products used are tested and intended for external use only.

  • Diva Party Montreal is not liable for skin irritation, allergic reactions, or injury arising from product use or client participation.

  • Clients are responsible for supervising children during events.

 9. Punctuality

  • Please ensure the event space is accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Delays of more than 20 minutes may reduce service time or incur a late fee.

  • If we are delayed, we will notify you promptly and ensure your full service time is honored when possible.

 10. Payments & Refunds

  • Final payment is due after the event.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or credits are issued only at the discretion of management in exceptional cases.

 11. Liability Waiver

By booking with Diva Party Montreal, you acknowledge that participation in spa activities is voluntary and that you assume all responsibility for yourself and any participating minors.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after services.

We value your trust and are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients - especially the safety and privacy of the children and families we serve.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with us online or during one of our mobile spa experiences.

 1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide safe, high-quality services. This may include:

For Adults (Clients or Parents/Guardians):

  • Name, phone number, and email address

  • Billing and payment information

  • Event location and details

  • Communication preferences

For Children (Participants):

  • First name or nickname (for party use only)

  • Age range (to ensure age-appropriate products and activities)

  • Allergies or sensitivities (if disclosed by a parent/guardian)

We do not collect or store sensitive information about children beyond what is required to ensure their safety and comfort.

 2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information only for:

  • Booking and managing your appointment or event

  • Communicating with you about your booking

  • Personalizing the spa experience for participants

  • Processing payments securely

  • Improving our services and customer experience

  • Sending optional promotional updates (only with your consent)

 3. Consent

By booking a service, submitting a form, or providing personal details, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

 4. Protecting Children’s Privacy

We take children’s privacy seriously.

  • We collect information only from parents or legal guardians, not directly from minors.

  • Photos or videos of children are taken only with written or verbal parental consent.

  • No personal information about children is ever shared publicly or sold to third parties.

 5. Information Sharing

We respect your privacy and do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
We may share limited details only with:

  • Trusted staff or contractors directly involved in your event

  • Service providers that help us process payments or manage bookings (under strict confidentiality agreements)

  • Authorities, if required by law

 6. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
All digital records are stored on secure systems, and access is limited to authorized team members only.

 7. Photos & Social Media

We love sharing special moments — but only with permission.
No photos of children or guests will ever be shared on our website or social media unless a parent or guardian has given clear consent.

 8. Marketing & Communications

You may receive updates, promotions, or event announcements from us if you’ve opted in.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting us directly.

 9. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for booking, billing, and safety records — typically no longer than 12 months after your event unless required by law.

 10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and review your personal information

  • Request corrections or deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent for communication or photo sharing

Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect when booking a Diva Party or Service 

 Go to our Treatments page to view service options, press book now and fill out our Form. Remember to select any add-on services or rental options you wish to add. After filling out the form, you will receive a link to pay the $50 deposit. Once received, we will send you a party contract and evites will be sent. You have 48 hours before the party to make any changes in guests or services. An invoice with the remaining balance will be sent to you after the event has concluded. 

Gratuities can be given in person or through the final invoice.

How long does a diva party take?

The time varies depending on which package or services have been selected. Every package has an estimated amount of time it will take in the treatment descriptions. 

 

​Transportation fees

Transportation fees may incur based on the event location. 

There are no transportation fees for events hosted at our N.D.G. or Dorval party space rental locations.

Changes to the contract

Changes can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled event regarding the amount of attendees, additional service(s), etc. Please notify us of changes so our Diva team can be adequately prepared to meet your needs. On site additions or requests run the risk of not being attainable due to time allowance, other bookings, not enough equipment or materials, etc.   

Cancelations & Rescheduling 

We understand that plans can change! A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your party date and will be applied toward your total.

  • More than 10 days’ notice: You may reschedule at no extra cost (deposit transfers once, valid for 3 months).

  • 7days’ notice: Deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to one reschedule.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice or same-day cancellation: Deposit is forfeited and up to 50% of the total may be charged.

If severe weather or emergencies occur, we’ll happily help you reschedule at no additional cost.

Sterilization Policy

​At Diva Party Montreal we take our clients' health and safety seriously. All our implements, tools, brushes, and pedicure slippers are cleaned and sterilized after every party. Facial, foot soak, and hand soak bowls are sanitized in-between service.

What will the Diva team require?

  • A designated space to set up our equipment.

  • Access to water for sanitation purposes.

  • Outlets to plug in our equipment.

Party space rentals

What you can expect
Our friendly Diva team will arrive and set up all equipment. Once the team is ready to start we will introduce the team and the services we will be offering your special guests. The children will be able to listen to music or read magazines as they wait between services. Once the services have been completed, we will pack up and be on our way. An invoice with the outstanding balance will be sent shortly afterward. Gratuities can be given in person or by invoice.
